The Session Boot Sequence

Every wake-up:

1. Read SOUL.md (who am I?)
2. Read USER.md (who am I helping?)
3. Read today's log (recent context)
4. Read TASKS.md (what to do)

2-3 seconds → full context.

Why Not Vector DBs?

For 50-100 key facts? Overkill.

✓ Files are inspectable
✓ Files are debuggable
✓ Files are simple
