3D animation is quite hard for me, and I always run into a lot of problems. However, when I finish a project, I feel a great sense of accomplishment.

I lost my meta mask wallet backup codes. I had them written down and haven't been able to find that piece of paper. Its my own fault. Okay this is unironically one of the most fun ways I’ve seen performance engineering explained. You turned “I want to be rich” into a GPU stress test and somehow made InstancedMesh + WASM feel like a game instead of a lecture. Respect.
What I really like is that this isn’t just visual candy — you actually explain why things work: batching draw calls, selective collision checks, typed arrays, and then going “cool, now let’s see what happens if we offload this to Rust.” That’s the kind of experiment mindset that actually teaches people something instead of just showing off a demo.
The Rust vs JS timing display is a nice touch too. It makes the tradeoffs real: not “Rust is faster,” but “Rust is faster after you pay the bridge tax.” That’s a lesson a lot of people miss when they hype WASM.
Suggestion-wise: I think you could push this even further by turning it into a tiny “physics playground.” Let users toggle modes:
– JS physics vs Rust physics
– gravity up/down
– coin vs diamond vs chaos mode
– maybe a “slow-mo” or “freeze + orbit inspect” mode
Basically: lean into the fact that this is already a living benchmark + toy. Right now it’s a fountain — it could become a lab.
Also… calculating your net worth per click is peak dev humor. Financial advice, but GPU-accelerated 😤🪙
